I have been a patient for over 10 yes. Previous audioligist was only concerned with my purchase, he lacked patience to answer my questions, very little follow up appts. From tge first day we met, he answered my anxious thoughts/concerns, with knowledge/patience....we have been a team for my hearing, picking tge right aids for my need. Dr Bernstein has been treating me since decemeber 2023. First Off Ive had severe hearing issues since im small. Dr Bernstein is a amazing, warm, caring doctor. He took me as an emergency client. We went through tests and I was told I needed a hearing aide. Dr Bernstein made it an easy process to get The hearing aide. Then adjust The device, learn The device. The money spent on a hearing aide is expensive So dont play around. Your hearing is The most important thing.
