I don’t think anybody from billing knows what they’re doing . I needed a test done , they say if I don’t pay $334 copay/coinsurance that I told them my insurance should cover . I give up , I pay $334 so I can get my test done . Couple weeks later explanation of benefits comes out and says I owe $0 copay . And before I paid it I tried to explain to them my insurance doesn’t have any coinsurance on outpatient visits but I’m the patient I have to be always wrong and they’re right . Horrible they don’t start on top of the test, the results and they have no compassion. They took weeks to get my husband echo results, then blamed it on the hospital. Told me when my husband life vest wasn’t working that there was nothing they could do and to stay near an AED machine seriously… horrible the worst
I was very scared when I first went to see Dr alcatab because I didn't know what to expect. He was very friendly, funny, and kind and answered all of my questions. The staff is truly amazing, so kind of generous and willing to help. The staff and Dr Alcatab truly make you feel like your family and that everything's going to be all right and you have a sense of Peace when you leave. I am so glad that my doctor recommended that I come here because I know I'm a good hands. Thank you Dr alcatab and staff for all you do!!
Friendly staff, very thorough and thoughtful. Everything was explained very well and I knew what to expect. Very clean and high tech environment. Dr is polite and patient with everyone.
My experience visiting Advanced Cardiovascular was nothing short of spectacular. To be honest having to go for all the testing that needed to be done I went in starting off rather cranky and already quite nervous but that didn't last, very friendly atmosphere.
