The staff is not nice you leave messages for the doctor you don’t get know answer and you want to sit down with him to explain to you. What’s going on with your body you not just a patient you are a person and now the Doctor think that you just a number and they don’t care, and it’s not fair they just sent you a text you OK nothing to worry about, but I have questions and nobody return my calls

Good Dr. but it is impossible to get an appointment. I have called numerous times to schedule an appointment. The calls go to voicemail and nobody returns my calls. He has to hire a new office manager. This is totally unacceptable....

Dr.Bryan and the nurses are awesome. The office staff is HORRIBLE. The worst people ever - even the “supervisor”. Hard to believe they have these people running their office when dealing with heart issues. The office staff definitely raises my blood pressure every time I call. Had enough - I’ll miss Dr. Bryan but moving on.

Staff does not give messages to the doctors, do not return calls,called 8:40 am the office is closed now and the call has not been returned by 7pm. It’s an important matter, not life or death, but could turn serious. Will look for a new provider.
