I called yesterday @ 5:01 without realizing Office closes at 5:00 Shawntae pick up the phone ,,, I told her I was a New patient,, she took her time and gave me All Info I need without rushing me off the phone ,, she is Very professional and I would definitely refer this office!

The front office staff at this cardiology practice is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to them. Whether you are scheduling an appointment, canceling one, or following up on a visit the doctor requested, you are treated with attitude and zero helpfulness. Trying to obtain my own medical records turned into an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating process. There was no effort to assist — only resistance and poor communication.
