Thank Heaven for this Excellent practice. Everyone who we have seen here is highly competent skilled and caring. This is a wonderful practice! Dr N Lebowitz is amazing. He literally saves lives every day. Advocates for his patients and leaves no stone unturned on their behalf. Desk staff refreshingly pleasant also.
Went for a follow up with Dr. Zanger. totally dismissive and condescending. She did not even renew my prescriptions of Brilinta and statins which is NESSESARRY especially after a stent procedure 2 weeks prior. I did not know this until I went to get a refill( hospital gave me a 30 day non refill supply). Pharmacy said I cannot refill because the doctor did not send the script!! Then when I called the office 3 times no one called me back. Granted it is a holiday week however, they should have a backup for situation like mine.... read more
Dr. Lebowitz is terrific but the front office is an abomination. Their email doesn’t work, they don’t return phone calls, they don’t renew prescriptions without repeated tries. Absolute zero “customer “ service.
