I really appreciate the work with the staff (Jean & Sumita and also to other staffs) and Dr Kapoor is very good ,honest. I really recommend him.
I arrived at the front desk on time today. However, the queue was too long, and I had severe stomach pain, so I went to the washroom. While in the washroom, I called the front desk to check in. They told me to wait, and then, about 10 minutes later, they answered my phone call. After checking my appointment, they said it had been cancelled! I it is crazy! I found this absurd. Dr. Varshney has had 6 months to update information regarding ejection rates post cardiac surgery, and cannot be bothered to do this. As a consequence other physicians are refusing to provide care. Referral instead being made to the Foothills hospital due to concerns that the ejection rate is 32% when the recent EKG shows 52%. Despite repeated requests at appointments to update this information, it STILL has NOT BEEN CORRECTED on the AHS site. This cardiologist shows NO concern for follow-up care.
This clinic is unlawfully obtaining patients’ personal information from other medical institutions and scheduling appointments without any consent or authorization. When I asked for clarification about the referral from my doctor, staff abruptly terminated the call, which raises even more concerns about the legitimacy of your operations.
