Paraphrasing, "I don't care if you do the tests or not, I can easily tear up that paper (test requisition form) and throw it in the garbage." This clinic should be shut down because they cancel my appointments twice without even telling me and I have to get a day off from work lost each time $250 no apology at all Totally over booking and unprofessional behaviour shame on them
Do not waste your time with this clinic. Appointments get rescheduled or canceled multiple times to unknown dates. Doctors always have "emergencies" and will never see you.
Trust the 1 star reviews as much as possible. If you get referred to Advanced Cardiology, don’t accept it unless it’s the closest one to you. We come all the way from the NE and they cancel as soon as we get there. They give bs for being late 10 minutes and make you pay $200, but they can cancel on the spot because no one comes in and have no backup and didn’t even say reasons over the phone. I don't understand the negative reviews, the front desk staff was so kind (specifically Mona, she's a gem), the doctor is professional, and the building was easy to get too.
