Dr. Jelani has provided follow-up care for our father since 2024, and we are grateful for his expertise and knowledge. He is respectful, patient, and takes the time to address all questions and concerns, providing clear explanations that help us understand my dads condition/care, which has given us peace of mind and reassurance. Thank you! Also thanks to the tech lady who did my father’s ECG last week ( forgot her name, but she had orange/reddish hair). She was lovely :)
Booked for a stress test, had one before the appointment just trying to park. Loads of parking for staff , inadequate for patients. This is an abysmal attempt at patient care. Not sure what they are trying to do here. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Its Unbelievable, this would be tolerated. By the look of the reviews , the place should be shut down.
My only complaint is the price of the parking. All of my appointments have been on time. The technicians and Dr Jelani have been pleasant and excellent at explaining procedures and my prognosis.
0 star. I arrived 15 min early, all patients were behind 1.5 h. I could see Dr after 2 h and 15 min. Additionally, they canceled my stress test ( which was in a same day with my consult appointment) and rescheduled it to another day.
(Would give 0 if possible) Very disappointed with the scheduling and management at this cardiology clinic. All my tests were completed in October 2024, but I still haven’t been able to review the results with the doctor. My first follow-up appointment was scheduled for March 2025, then canceled because the doctor was “not available.” It was rescheduled to October 2025, and again canceled for the same reason.
