My doctor (Som) is great but the staff and techs are terrible. Techs couldn't handle my tests so they sent me to a hospital. Also the staff is clueless. Tried to get them to ask the doctor a question for 4 days. Kept getting a call back from a different person who had no idea if anyone ever spoke with the doctor and said they'd call back. Never got an answer. Switching to a new cardiologist that hopefully has a staff that cares and competent techs.
Charged my wife a copay when we don’t have copay’s for annual visits per our insurance! Their reason “since the doctor has been prescribing you medication for over a year and you never came in, this was an additional consult visit” LOL MAYBE THE DR SHOULDN’T have filled a script if they needed to see the patient every 6 months? Thats on the DR for not requesting this and just filling scripts out of laziness and then billing insurance and us differently for a money grab!!! Shame on you!! First and foremost, thank God for putting DR James on this earth, let alone in our neck of the woods. He saved my life twice and is helping me understand Coronary Artery Disease. ALL the staff are super friendly towards me, very professional. Even after they experienced power outages, displaying Grace Under Pressure. I tip my hat to ALL the people who make my visit always pleasant. Grateful to God for Advanced Cardiology.

Sara performed an echocardiogram and a carotid ultrasound for me. Very personable, professional, efficient. A very pleasant experience. Five stars.
