If there is any kind of problem with the equipment necessitating speaking to a "real" person, no one answers the phone! I wait 10 minutes and hang up. It is really frustrating!
This company scares me not a good service for my future needs.
Advanced Cardio Services is no longer based in San Diego as the company was purchased by Lincare / MDinr in September. So any issues would be with them.
My Dr. Put in an order for me to use their service and this was over 3 months ago. My Doctor's iffice even refaxed the order in December because I told my doctor no one has contacted me. I tried calling back then but gave them the benefit that it was the holidays so maybe they left early that Friday when I first tried to contact them. I have tried calling them no one will answer and if you decide to talk to customer service you have to enter a person's extention. I'm thinking this is not a reputable company.
I ordered supplies over a month ago and have yet to receive them. This company is located in San Diego County, CA...I am also located in San Diego County, CA...absolutely horrible customer service. TODAY I got a message to call them, which I did...to be continually disconnected by their answering machine!
