I was surprised when the labor cost was so much cheaper than the other places around Temecula and Murrieta I had a great sales rep who was super honest I got what I needed and got out within a couple hours. Stay away from this place. I had a terrible experience there- worst company I have ever dealt with. They really scammed me. Excellent con artists.
Save yourself a lot of money and grief and go somewhere else. This is a dishonest company out to take your money and give you little or nothing in return. Why not just go to Best Buy or some other reputable company that will stand behind their product and service for many years? The supposed "savings" is not worth the risk of losing your money. This company is the worst I have encountered in the Temecula Valley area. They need to move out of this area and go rip off people somewhere else.
This place is horrid. Avoid at all costs.I had a remote start installed and unless you like being treated horribly. Stay away! At least until they replace their completely unprofessional and confrontational manager. Any business manager ("JT") that points at a customer and tells them (just short of yelling) "One way or another I will get my $100" is going to have a hard time keeping a loyal and satisfied customer base. This place is terrible and JT has the worst customer service ever. Their workmanship in installation is the worst. Cut factory wiring then tried to splice back together poor workmanship and before the dealer found this out gave them a chance to fix the problem. Waited for over 2 hours with calling ahead with appointment and asked when will he get to mine he said " I don't need to be rushed just take your vehicle " I would never recommend this place ...STAY AWAY
