I bought a VW Golf from Luke in Jan 21 that came with a 12 month warranty (with the National Warranty Company). Around the middle of this year there was a fault with the car, I contacted NWC who advised they didn’t have any record of a warranty for this car. I contacted Luke who said he would follow this up. Great experience of buying an old honda civic 2006 with Advanced car sales. The car was very high on the kms but still drives well. I had my doubts but sam had the answers. There was a minor voice coming from car breaks after few days of buying it. Sam advised to leave the car with him and fixed the issue in 1 day without any charge.Great aftersale service.

Just my personal experience. Was looking to buy a second car for us and I quickly found it at Advanced Car Sales. Initial contact was great, transaction was great, happy with the car and happy with the purchase. That was Nov 13. 2021. Fast forward 16 days later, car has blown a head gasket and will cost us at least two thirds of the "Drive Away" price we paid for it to get it repaired.
