I feel really bad for the people that are suffering from really bad types of cancer. I have CLL which is not critical but I was treated so poorly. I intend to go elsewhere.
Dr. Denson and staff are the perfect match. He helped save my life with AML leukemia. 100% remission. Thank you.
Just finished radiation treatments. Amber is so humble and professional. One day I saw the special comfort she gave a patient who was having a difficult time. She knows her patients and treats everyone with kindness and respect. The front desk staff are very attentive and caring and knows their patients too. Great experience for a difficult journey.
It appears that evey time I come here they are always short staff. I stop going on Mondays because they over schedule appointments. I then switch my appoints to Fridays and 2 out of three visits I have to wait for my treatment for an hour or more pass my scheduled appointment. Management at ACTC need to do a better job on providing service to their patients. ACTC use to be very good but in the last year their service is very poor. Very disappointed my appointment was at 10:45am its now 11:50 am
