I have known Gary for over 30 years. When our old HVAC system at our office died recently, they replaced it with a much better Carrier unit. The other was over 20 years old. They worked over two straight days to make sure it was up and running late Friday afternoon. Very good people, and great service.
Stay far away from this company. Robbie installed a new system in my house. Within a month it started showing an E1 code. My GC had him look at the unit. 18 months later the E1 code is back. Robbie tells me the compressor, board, and other parts need to be replaced but parts are on back order. This was 3 months ago. The guy has never gotten back in touch with me.
