Very unprofessional, unreliable, relies on sub contractors. does not manage the job. poor work ethics, integrity and creditability .There is a lot of poor quality work done that requires fixing...so called warranty .Made changes to original contract and homeowner had no clue. Does not have the expertise or skill set. Damaged a lot of homeowners property and not accepting accountability. Failed framing inspection 4 times for not building per print resulting in big delays.
