We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Advanced Builders Inc. who completed an entire floor remodel for us. We continue to get compliments on the beautiful outcome well over a year later. Jim S. is a remarkable contractor. He is meticulously thorough, reliable and trustworthy. He genuinely cares about his customers and quality of work provided. I highly recommend them.
We have used this company for several commercial TI projects and we enjoy working with the team. They work with us to make sure we are getting everything we want out of every project.
This contractor cannot be trusted. He does not honor his signed contracts for full payment to his subcontractors owing thousands of dollars .
Great bunch of guys, hard-working, polite, and know what they’re doing. Above and beyond is a good term for lack thereof
