Advanced brain and body had amazing staff. Since the remedy has bought them out I've gone two months without treatment. I leave voicemail after voicemail and when I do get ahold of someone they transfer me around, often to the beginning of the phone tree all over again. I left the remedy years ago because of issues like this and they clearly still persist. I miss advance brain and body. Knowing my insurance wouldn't cover the treatment, we still say and talked for a half hour. It just seemed like a waste of time and basically got told that since I was in recovery I wasn't applicable. She could have said that in the first sentence and the meeting would have been over. But, as she said, too, I still take cannabis, which would have disqualified me anyways. I guess I felt a bit judged. And not heard. That was my experience.

Office is a little hard to find but staff were very nice Dr Johns took plenty of time with me. He impressed me as a highly competent professional.

Steve Moore was very thoughtful and caring in his approach to my care. He took the time needed to ask thoughtful questions to ensure I was getting the most out of my services.
