For me i came here because my insurance covered spravato but not infusion. Let me say Spravato SUCKS. its like snorting battery acid. The female nurses were always nice. the male by no fault of his was very intimidating. The owner guy was nice in a bill gates im better than you kinda way but w/e . My biggest thing were the cameras constantly watching me and , the locked doors everywhere. completely triggered me. And if you sign up for the spravato discount stay on top of it because they won't assist you in any shape to help
Better places are elsewhere. I needed (still do) TMS to test my symptoms at the source, but they prefer to play around with pills and therapy. It's as if they have no ability or don't care to check a patients past records for a better understanding. Go figure.
I received ketamine treatment years ago at this clinic (was a patient for over a year) and yet I'm still upset how they treated me for the last few months of my care. They decided to kick me out suddenly after I responded with a one sentence response to the threat of the Dr. cutting me off 2 meds I need. He was upset because I didn't attend a medical apt. which I had valid reasons for (I had Covid symptoms and was awaiting test results). They are so kind and understanding. Dr. Johns is the best Psychiatrist I know. Very kind and always there for you. The office staff gets to know you by name and makes you feel not just a code. I am very blessed for having been referred to Dr Johns and staff.
