There's a reason she receives rave reviews. I've had a lot of lower back pain and shoulder stiffness, afterwards, I felt nothing but relief in both areas. This was also my first visit visit here and it will not be not my last. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.
Just left my first massage with Lydia. She was phenomenal and knew just what my body needed. She even gave tips on small things I could do at home to improve my hip alignment and keep my muscles from being tight. I’ll definitely be back!
Lydia is wonderful! She is kind, knowledgeable and honest. She really understands quickly what your body needs and she’s able to get out the kinks and tight spots. I’ve had a decade of pain and have tried countless forms of therapy. Only Lydia was could to get me to be able to sleep pain free. Lydia is a miracle worker. I have come to her for years for myriad body issues. From athletic massages, cupping, to pregnancy massage - she is the only person I have work on me.
