I was a little hesitant to try something new but found that Matt is very knowledgeable about the body and how it is all connected.He is well informed on the problematic issues you present to him. I appreciate that he listens and acknowledges what I tell him and works accordingly to relieve my discomfort. I find that he welcomes input and questions from me during the session. Excellent Massage – The staff at Advanced Bodywork in Grapevine is the most experienced massage staff around. They are excellent when it comes to healing injuries and making sure the client knows different stretches and strenghtening techniques to prevent them from coming back.
