I paid a ridiculous amount of money for an entire house of blinds from this company because I was told that they guarantee product quality. Most of the blinds had to have their pull strings replaced AT MY EXPENSE within a few months. When the fabric of one blind literally disintegrated -- a blind the same age and sun exposure as 5 other windows, so clearly a product fault beyond normal wear and tear -- Advanced Blind wanted to charge me $200 just to replace the fabric (not the whole shade, mind you)!
