Through a cold letter, you committed corporate abandonment of an entire generation of C1 users with little notice. Not only that, you sold a Chorus to a long-time customer last September, knowing you were ending support for this device. That is fraud. No doubt, you did the same to others. Your hand-wringing "we didn't know what to do" letter was shocking and traumatizing. Adv Bionics does not support its customers using older hearing devices.
Dealing with the people at this company has been awful. First were the constant Spam phone calls and emails trying to get me to upgrade, then when I finally decided I was ready for an upgrade I use my audiologist to initiate the process and they basically pass the process on to Advanced Bionics. The people from Advanced Bionics email me with less than clear requests and I have no clue what they're looking for and then they just go silent.
