Laura is so knowledgeable about my AB cochlear implants. I have only had minor things to be done but she has handled everything and she is kind and friendly and prompt. I am so thankful for this facility.
Laura Prejean has been a miracle worker with my Dad’s cochlear implant. I am so thankful for her and the excellent care that she has given him. She has gone above and beyond what any other audiologist has done and I truly believe she is the BEST!! She truly does care about her patients and is committed to helping them get the very best hearing possible. I highly recommend her!
I received a cochlear implant almost two years ago. I have had the best experience with Advanced Bionics, and especially Laura Prejean. She is a consummate professional in the technical aspects of her role and makes me feel valued as a client. I trust her implicitly and know that my positive experience is due largely to her guiding hand in this cochlear implant process.
