I initially had a positive impression, as the staff were very pleasant during my visit. Unfortunately, the billing experience completed changed that. I received my first bill about a year and a half after the visit. Not only was it delayed but it already included late fees and finance charges. When I contacted the office, I explained that I had never received any prior bill and asked for documentation showing that statements had been sent earlier. The request was never fulfilled.
