Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Called Advanced out after I was getting ridiculous quotes without many answers to my leaking basement. Anthony took his time during the inspection and went above and beyond to ensure I have a dry basement. Could not recommend Advanced enough!
In the middle of a basement renovation, with drywall and mudding already in process, a rod hole sprung a giant leak. Anthony came out IMMEDIATELY so my contractors could continue working. I was SO impressed with his commitment to great service. He keeps in touch through texts/phone so you know exactly when he'll arrive and he guarantees all his work. I highly recommend Advanced Basement Waterproofing and couldn't be more pleased.
New homeowner here. Seller disclosed water in the basement but it had been dry for months. Then winter came with hydrostatic pressure. I did a ton of research and got quotes from many companies. Everyone had an outrageous sales pitch with an even more ridiculous quote and work I didn’t particularly think was satisfactory. Anthony was great! Very communicative, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. Had a leak in our basement wall and he came over, found the leak, fixed it, replaced the drywall, and it looks as good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!
Owner Anthony was prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful. Got to the root cause and saved me time,money, and frustration. I'd recommend him any time. Great experience.
