Where to start? The overall experience was amazing! The encapsulation crew consisting of Paul, Tyler, Dakota, Preston, and Cooper were very friendly, courteous and professional. We had a minor bump in the road (delay) due to a pipe leaking that I had to have fixed a second time since the plumber missed it the first time around but the crew were very accommodating with regards to meeting their timeline for completion regardless of this. Rickie was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the new battery backup sump pump answering all questions asked. He also installed a Radon Mitigation system and went over all the details.
