Mike was clear, thorough and explained the radon issue & the fix completely. He's very knowledgeable and experienced. Joel and Rickey came to do the install and were excellent. Kwalin arranged for Joel to come do the first yearly cleaning/servicing on my new triple safe system and it could not have gone any smoother. Joel was thorough, took pictures, provided a service report and walked me through everything that he did, including a refresher on how to perform the suggested monthly checks on the various components.
