Chris from Advance backyard solutions has worked with us for three years helping us maintain our pool equipment and opening and closing our pool. He is extraordinary in his dedication to working with people. He’s always helpful, timely and efficient. Recently the capacitor went out on the pool heater and he helped us get it repaired under warranty. There aren’t enough positive things to say about Advanced Backyard Solutions. Their attention to detail and ability to mitigate any issue is impeccable. They handle the entire process from start to finish. Jacque is an excellent project manager, she gave us tips on design during the entire process. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with a job of this scale. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Purchased a pool and hardscaping from this company in 2024 at my home in Germantown. Great service, pool looks great. Can't wait for 2025 so I can start entertaining :)
