Was awesome and explained what he was doing
On vacation and my car overheated on Sunday morning (planned to leave the following Monday morning). Eventually I made it to the body shop parking lot and left a message on the answering machine because they were closed. I followed up Monday at 0800, right when they opened, talked to Pat and explained my situation. He called me back a little while later, explained what he thinks it would take to get me home ( Central Illinois about a 7 hour drive) safely and provided a reasonable quote for parts/service.
