I was a long time customer and Ben was always a pleasure to deal with. However, the brother, who I suspect they don’t let out from the back garage often and around the customers, is very rude, disrespectful and condescending. I didn’t understand something he was explaining to me and he got nasty with me. When I asked him not to speak to me “like I’m stupid,” he responded, “Well, maybe I wouldn’t have to if you didn’t ask stupid questions.” He then informed me I was no longer welcome there, and told me to leave. Thought I needed a new, expensive tire and they ordered it for me. After i dropped my car off they put it on the lift and inspected the tire and decided there was no structural damage and said I didn’t need a new tire after all. Nice to know they could have made a quick buck and I never would have been any of the wiser. Advanced is a solid, honest business and I will keep coming back.
