Great service, urgently needed new tyres, had flat over the weekend and it was no trouble. New tyres done same day, and price was very good. Steve has helped me out previously with tyres. I am a repeat customer very happy. Thank you
I'm very disappointed with the service at this Steve garage. I had an appointment for an oil and filter change in my MG at 8:30 AM. When I made the appointment four days earlier, I asked Steve if everything would be ready and how long it would take. Steve, the owner, replied that they had everything and that the oil change would take a maximum of half an hour. This place is tucked away but close to Earlville shopping centre. I was recommended to go to Steve's Advanced Automotive by a mechanic. This is an unusual thing to happen but I have no regrets using Steve. He will quote, call if there is any issues, and any work is done on time and correctly. Highly recomended.
It was by luck that we found Steve and Advanced Automotive, there is a reason why word of mouth is so powerful and I’m so thankful we were able to have the right conversations with locals who pointed us in his direction. Where I was quoted nearly $8000 to fix my very old vehicle by another Cairns company, Steve was able to cut my bill to in the low hundreds by fixing only what was needed to keep the old girl running and had her moving beautifully within the day.
