Was passing through town when my "engine" light lit up. Advanced Auto Repair was highly rated on Google, so stopped in for assistance. The lead mechanic John was incredibly helpful and got us on our way quickly. Totally understand why Advanced Auto receives such high marks & would highly recommend their services!
If I could give them 20 stars I would!!! These guys helped us out of a tight spot... on a weekend... and didn't kill our travel budget (too much). Love the office/living room. Super comfy. John and Krista were some of the friendliest people that I have ever met. We had an alternator die, on a Friday. They were booked solid but he still came out to check on the issue and then he decided to slip us in his tight schedule. I was on my way to Arizona when my front Axel broke! They took me in, treated me like family, calmed me down and fixed it for a great price. Plus they have good movies. Highly recommended!
Krista is absolutely amazing. We brought the vehicle in for extended warranty work for several repairs. Due to her patience and diligence of staying on top of our claim she was able to get all of our repairs approved by the warranty company. Once the claim was approved John got to work doing his magic on our truck. He did a fantastic job diagnosing all of the problems and even pointing out some other issues to do as preventive maintenance.
