We took a camping trip up to rifle state park after getting new tires on our truck in denver, only find out when we got up to rifle one wheel was messed up and we needed a repair fast. Advanced auto repair was the best repair shop we could have asked for. They communicated with us every step of the way, even drove to utah to grab the part that was not going to be shipped in time to get our truck fixed! They made the experience less stressful and got our family of 5 home safe! Thank you!
I was on a trip in Rifle and my truck window broke. They were able to help us right away and made us feel at home in a stressful time. Amazing service and people!
So thankful for this place! We had a bit of an emergency with our driver side window. We rolled it down and it wouldn’t go back up. 4 hours away from home. I called and they were able to get us in right away. We got there and they offered us snacks and drinks and put on a movie for us while we waited. 10/10 customer service. They helped get our window up and we are so thankful for their amazing service!
We needed a local shop to do a pre-buy inspection on a car we were looking at in Rifle. Some friends in Silt recommended John and Krista. John and Matt did a through inspection of the car. A real pleasure to work with! If we lived in Rifle they would be our go-to shop!
John and Krista went above and beyond for me. I was buying a used truck in Rifle, but I live in the Front Range. They inspected it for me and gave me great confidence to buy it. They handled coordinating back and forth with the owner. Then fixed the couple of issues they found and raced to get it down before I arrived by bus. They even picked me up at the bus station. Clearly very knowable and competent but also super great folks. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
