The lack of customer service couldn't have been any worse. Had our vehicle towed to the shop, which arrived after closing. Placed a note on the dash overnight in case there were any questions about why it was there. We returned 10 minutes before the shop was scheduled to open. 8am came and went, and no one had arrived to open shop.
