I’ve had my Mercedes serviced several times by George and have found him to be top notch. He always diagnoses the problems first and calls with quotes to repairs before starting the work even if it is regular maintenance. He is professional reliable and fair. Highly recommend Advanced Automotive of the Crystal Coast.
I was nearby with my family on vacation when the dreaded Check Engine light appeared. Google search online brought me to Advanced Automotive. Website says their hours are 9-5. I showed up at 9:30 and no one was there. I called there phone number and got voicemail and no message about them being closed, delayed, out on erranda, nothing. Obviously, we left and found service elsewhere. They wasted our time. Don't waste yours. Might be good mechanics, but we'll never know.
We have gone to advanced automotive of the Crystal Coast owned by George Diaz for three years. He has always done an excellent job on our BMW 430 convertible. I highly recommend him to everyone in the area.
Called to try to get service on my BMW George was very rude and stated he charged $175 hour. When I said I just wanted to have it diagnosed he stated that if we diagnose the problem we fix it. I told him how Unprofessional he was and I will make sure to not refer any of my clients or my friends to him. We know a lot of people in Carteret County and we will spend the word.
Dropped off my BMW X6 on Monday, repaired and ready for pickup in 2 days. Great communication and excellent work.
