Ken has purchased parts from us at Miechiels Auto Salvage and will not pay his bill. I have called his work number, and his cell number. I have also sent his statement to the above address. He did answer once and said that I needed to add a suite number to his address in order for him to receive it. It gets sent back to me with wrong address stamped on it.
Ken, I assume by your lack of response,that I need to contact the better business bureau and post on line, as you had suggested about your poor service. Contact efforts include: phone; email and text none of which you have responded to. Therefore, you leave me no choice but to file a official complaint. You were chosen based on your reputation of being a qualified mechanic who does good work.
