Took my car there decent people at the front desk got told what the issue is then all of a sudden was told that they won’t do the job unless I recondition the box basically that it’s not worth it unless I spend an extra thousand dollars on top of the $1800 quoted to be honest I’m only giving stars because they fit me in straight away to have a look at the issue on what the issue could be. The business has new owners who will not honour warranties. My auto transmission started playing up again just before warranty expired, I did not realise it and did not follow up immediately. $6,345 down the drain.

I can't fault these guys. Brendan is a great guy and so is Ned. They are very informative, professional and I feel they genuinely want to be helpful and not just running a business. I was anxious about my transmission service for my European car but they did it according to manufactures specifications with a very reasonable price that is much better than the VW dealership asked. Even after the car was serviced, Brendan happily answered my questions. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!
