The Master Tech at this shop is the smartest guy I've ever met
It's now a pep boys I called early on a Friday morning about 8am to get a tire plugged the gentleman told me it won't be ready until late afternoon he had only one guy working the back
Very disappointed. Not a quick oil change place Made an appointment, sat for an hour and then notice they had not even started. No apology for the delay... so I left
The guys at Advanced Auto Service are the best. If you're having a hard time finding a shop you can trust to work on your car, look no further. My mother took her car in there for a loud "clicking" noise when she would break. After many trips to other shops that couldn't figure it out, they determined that the body wasn't adequately tightened down to the frame. They fixed it and didn't charge her a dime.
