Very disappointed came to get my inspection done and the lady Kim was racist. Very disappointed to find out that she the owner. I will not be bring my business back here again.
While I was waiting in line for a state inspection I looked them up on the net since their signs show they do so much more. It looks like state inspections are getting bad reviews so I asked why! It turns out the lady inspecting my car told me many of the complaints were due to people insisting she take their info off of their phone which is too easy to fake and she doesn't want someone complaining later of issues that might happen to their phone afterwards so they require you to bring proof of insurance on paper. These guys were great! While my A/C repairs were costly they had advised me of the potential for hidden damage offering me 2 estimates in case there was other damage. Expecting to be paying that higher price I was pleasantly surprised their lower estimate was all it took to fix my truck! Honesty like this seems to be lacking in today's world!
A dump. They could not understand how to inspect a State owned vehicle in regards to insurance. Had to take it somewhere else.
