Honestly I put off writing this for a while but the service I received was lackluster. I was paying $150 for an oil change and another $170 for diagnostics… yes $170 which would be fine if they actually diagnosed the car. They said it was just engine/transmission mounts (quoted $2900, parts were 950 from Jaguar and it was a 3-4 hour job so that seems a bit high). I was referred here by a client and this was a great experience from start to finish. The computer system as well as some other issues were becoming persistent in my BMW. I dropped the car off on Thursday evening and I had it back by Friday afternoon. Everything that was an issue was explained and the best course of action so that I wasn't hit with an astronomical ticket price. I had to have several sensors replaced as well as a leak.
