The mechanic does good work, and I have no problem paying him for his labor. I’m happy to pay whatever labor charge he asks for. My concern is with the parts. If you order a part for $150 and charge me $300 for the same part without telling me, I don’t think that is fair honest. I understand adding $20 or $30 for handling or profit, but adding $150 is too much. I was in SLC due to a family medical emergency when my car wouldn't turn on. It was towed here and they were quick on replacing my battery and doing an inspection and informed me of other major issues. Unfortunately due to the situation I was in I was unable to get the repairs done at that time but I'm am extremely grateful for them letting me know so I could get the repairs done before it became an even bigger disaster!
Mahdi is a very honest man and will tell you the truth when it comes to what's going on mechanically worth your car. I trust him and his staff. He's been my mechanic for over 15 years. He takes pride in his work and is very trustworthy. If you're looking for a good mechanic, Mahdi is the man to see!!!
