John has the best customer service I've ever seen in this town hands down
Broke down in Laughlin as soon as I pulled in, googled advanced auto repair and talked to Mike and John and they took care of me immediately and I WAS TREATED beyond expected standards. They fixed my trucks problem, went above and beyond to Contact the dealership for me to see if I could get it in under warranty there and I would have been 2 months out til I could have got it into the dealer.
