John absolutely is the best! I was referred over by O’Reillys on Cave Creek and Sweetwater. My headlights stopped working all of a sudden, and John was able to get them up and running. He was extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. He even came and picked up my vehicle and brought it back once the repairs were complete. He surprised me with some additional work on my car that I wasn’t expecting, but I am so grateful. I told him for as long as he’s available I will only take my car to his shop!
Very reasonable price for my repairs. Worked with me to pay it off. My car was finished before I got there.
I have to say that John the main mechanic is off his rocker. I drove by today to bring my car in and I saw him arguing with someone. I have brought my car by before and the repairs were good but you should never be yelling at customers whatsoever. As I took my car to his neighbor and mentioned to his neighbor why I didn't take my car there and what happened his neighbo said "Well you don't want to take your car there" because they just asked me to lend them money to pay their electricity.
