Excellent service! We were visiting from out of town, and the day before our intended departure, our Honda went rogue and locked up on us - unable to drive. To make matters more challenging, this was on a Saturday when few shops are open, and we needed to head home on Sunday - when no repair shops are open. We are so grateful to have found Mr. Ford (thanks to the much needed help from Bill’s Towing), who could tell we needed a swift repair. Mom had an issue with her exhaust and she went to another place up the street. Their quote was $275 more than what Jim charged her. I’ve been to the other place and have had no issues with them. Next mechanical issue we have we’ll be going to Jim.

They were absolutely wonderful there. Two different places told us it was the alternator and we go there, I found him online, we're from out of town and he said nope it's the battery. He changed our battery and conversed with us. Loved it loved it loved it. Very helpful to someone whose hundreds of miles away from home.
