Worked with Juan and Elijah , Met the the whole team that was working on my car on their collision shop and their pdr shop they expleainws the whole repaired process from A-Z From someone from one who knows nothing about cars these guys made me understand everything! I chose this shop due to its close proximity to my home and the numerous five-star reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised. From the customer service to the quality of the repairs, everything fell well below expectations. I typically prefer to support family-owned businesses, but as a paying customer, the lack of professionalism and subpar service were incredibly disappointing. My experience here was great! Elijah was great to work with! From Helping me file the hail damage claim to keeping me updated on repairs, he did an amazing job! Repairs were done perfectly as well they made it look like there was never any damage in the first place.
