My insurance company set me up to have my windshield replaced by Advanced Auto Glass. Reading the reviews on here I got a little nervous but everything went great. The gentleman who came by to do my windshield replacement was prompt and professional. He showed up on time and I had no issues at all. My windshield was on backorder from Toyota so they had to delay my service a day, but they called me to inform me they would need to do so the day beforehand.
Very glad that the tech was able to replace the windshield at my home. Tech did an excellent job of replacing the windshield. Would highly recommend Advanced Auto Glass.
Set appt. 8-11 time frame, took off work. Texted a confirmation, no call, no show. Called and left a message and never returned my call. Obviously does not need the business. Can not leave zero stars.
