I went with Advanced Auto Glass through my insurance to replace a windshield based on their reviews (Yelp and Google) and they did not disappoint. Wiley provided timely communication, was on time for my appointment, and was efficient in replacing my windshield. Very painless and very easy to deal with. I know where I'm going when I need window repair for our vehicles. Thanks for the great service.
Update 6/12: Replaced the windshields on my two cars. The process was smoothing with Wiley driving the conversation with insurance. I'm glad to report that the review from 5 years ago still holds up today. No waiting room anymore though but I'm here for quality of work and attention to detail. The original appointment was 1pm to 5pm. They did not show up and did not say anything untill 6pm. They called me after 6pm, which was more than 1hour later. They said they cannot do it because it was too dark. Of course it was already 6pm. They were fooling me, I am very angry. They did not say anything to apologize.
Awesome service. Helped me with a sunroof problem and couldn't be happier with the result. Definitely recommend.
