Customer service not very good at all. My sister gave me $50.00 gift certificate and it appears I have lost it. I called asking if they would give me another one and the answer was no. The reason stated was that the gift cert. was considered cash (which it is) and could not be reimbursed. From what I hear most places would refund the cert. if properly verified that it was purchased. Needless to say I will advise everyone I know not to deal with Advanced Auto Electronics. I'm going back to Daryl's.
George Really good service, helped me out with my sirius radio and did a remote starter at same time. would recommend them for any auto installation.
