TALKED TO JOHNNY, AND HE SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO WORK ON OLD CARS OVER 5 YEARS OLD.. HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIND PARTS. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ESTIMATE TO FIX MINOR THINGS SUCH AS REPLACE HEADLIGHTS AND PAINT BUMPER. He asked me to get parts and bring to him.
They had wrecked my SUV. I took it to Advanced and my SUV was fixed in about 3 weeks which I considered pretty fast. The staff was friendly and calling me every week for an update on my car. My truck show no signs of wreckage at all. I recommend them very much
I wrecked my car. Had to deal with insurance car was total loss but the people at Advanced Auto were very helpful eventhough I ended up not using their services.
Being in an accident was bad enough. Choosing the right shop was more difficult. After taking to my agent he recommended advanced Auto. At first I decided to go to the dealer. Upon my arrival I was not impressed with the customer service. I was told to leave keys on the counter and they would call me when it was ready.
