The worst company I have ever seen. At first I was told that vehicle get picked up 5 pm and the delivery will be the next day afternoon time. However At 5 pm they said that the car will get picked up today 10 pm not even closer to 5 pm. I agreed because I didn't have any other choice. At the end they picked up at 11 pm. Driver said that he could deliver after 1 day and dispatcher said that car get delivered the next day the point is the entire mile was 800 miles which was totally impossible. His name was MIKE. Booked a delivery with Advanced Auto Carrier LLC for one of our customers. They promised a pickup time, then showed up almost half a day late acting like nothing happened except saying “sorry.” We are here to do business professionally, not waste customers’ time. Communication and reliability matter in this industry, and unfortunately this experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend using them.
Wasted my time. They called me to arrange pickup for the car, but once the load was assigned to them, they never accepted it. This delayed the process and wasted both my time and the seller’s time. It felt like a tactic to try to leverage the order to bump their price. Very unprofessional experience.
This pretty much sums up my experience with this company. They gave me a hard time about being able to deliver the vehicle to my home between 5-6 pm so they offered to bring it to my work by 2pm due to their tight schedule. Long story short, the car was 5 hours late and I was waiting at the agreed upon location for 3 hours. I would certainly advise against going with this company.
