Wasted my time. They called me to arrange pickup for the car, but once the load was assigned to them, they never accepted it. This delayed the process and wasted both my time and the seller’s time. It felt like a tactic to try to leverage the order to bump their price. Very unprofessional experience.
This pretty much sums up my experience with this company. They gave me a hard time about being able to deliver the vehicle to my home between 5-6 pm so they offered to bring it to my work by 2pm due to their tight schedule. Long story short, the car was 5 hours late and I was waiting at the agreed upon location for 3 hours. I would certainly advise against going with this company.
I hired this carrier company to move one of my cars. It was a G wagon with a matte finish. It was delivered enclosed. The driver ended up scratching the vehicle when he offloaded it. The damage to the car ended up costing over $7000. After weeks of being ignored and refusing to resolve the damage, i proceeded to file an insurance claim with their insurance.
