Car was involved in accident on 06/07/2017. Police officer (who seemed to be somehow involved with these guys) offered no choice for us in terms of which tow truck company we can use. He claimed that it was a liability issue which I think is absolute nonsense, but we said fine and told him the address to our selected body shop. Now the tow truck driver tells us that we don't have the choice to select where we want the car towed and he started to raise his voice and getting defensive.
