Went in for a quote on my bumper , refused service said i needed an appointment for a QUOTE. Then proceeded to call my insurance trash. Don’t come here
I would like to update my previous review. As I mentioned earlier, my vehicle was rear-ended, and I brought it to Advanced Auto Body, as they are an authorized AAA direct repair facility. Initially, upon retrieving the vehicle, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the paint matching. I subsequently returned and spoke with Cary, who then communicated with the insurance company to secure approval for the necessary corrections. Happy customer!!!! Great customer service by Cary and staff, always providing an update whether good or bad. Very knowledgeable. It’s been the longest two weeks of my life but my car looks great and most important they provide lifetime guarantee on their service. 10/10
