Let's start with the only pro - my air is cold again. Now, the cons. 1. The website lists diagnostic testing at $39, and was told over the phone it would be $69, and that the website was outdated. 2. The website photos definitely are NOT of the actual shop. 3. Following diagnosis, was told by the office that no leak was detected, and they want to evacuate/vacuum/recharge the system with the appropriate factor weight of refrigerant. Price was $252. I can't speak to anyone else's experience. They were courteous and even more importantly, they are exceptional at the service they provide. In Florida AC is very necessary, and in Wimauma, Ruskin, Sun City, Apollo Beach and Riverview this is where you should be going. In his words, you're gonna be chilling...and he was right.
Tried to give me a quote for $2000 dollars for a leak.
First 2 interactions were decent, but the service clerk Tammy really needs to improve her communication skills. Her attitude towards customers is very disappointing.
